Nueva despedida

Buenas!

 se va acabando el verano londinense y con ello siguen las despedidas. Hoy le ha tocado a otra compi de clase...y así seguirá siendo durante los próximos días...es lo malo que tiene esto, pero bueno, es lo que toca,jeje.

 El día ha sido de bares, primero con el amiguete de Madrid que estaba aquí por trabajo y luego con la gente de clase. Después ya para casita a seguir con las tareas de búsqueda de trabajo.

 Hoy ya hay poco más que contar.

Campeonesssssss

Buenas!

 aunque mis seguidores culés se enfaden un poco,  obviamente hoy no podía empezar de otra forma! Por fin le hemos vuelto a ganar un título a doble partido al Barça!La verdad es que he pasado por todas las fases emocionales durante el partido...euforia al principio con los dos goles, desesparación a mitad con las ocasiones falladas, cabreo al descanso por el gol recibido, tranquilidad relativa al principio de la segunda parte...y acojone en los veinte minutos finales!! Por suerte terminamos ganando el partido y la Supercopa! El partido lo he visto en el clásico Zoo Bar de Leicester Square con compis de la academia que celebraban el cumple de uno de ellos. Ha sido divertido, no solo por el partido, sino también por la compañia...eso si, todos 10 años más jóvenes que yo!jejeje

 Antes del partido y después de clase he estado tomando un café y una cervez con un amigo de Madrid que estaba de visita laboral en Londres... Después de despedirme de él me he dado un paseito por Oxford Street y Carnaby Street antes de llegar a Picadilly para ver el partido.

Parque y despedida

Buenas!

 hoy ha sido un día un poco triste xq se ha despedido uno de mis mejores amiguetes de Londres, Riccardo de Italia. Es lo que tiene esta ciudad y más con la gente que está en situación parecida a la mia... que están muy de paso. Le echaremos de menos.

 La tarde la hemos echado en Hyde Park tomando una cerveza, aunque hoy no ha habido futbol previo xq tenía cita con el Job Centre y no me daba tiempo a llegar.

 Del resto del día poco que contar...lo de siempre.

Carnaval Notting Hill, Wallace Collection y Carnaby Street

Buenas!

 ya se terminó el puente...y la verdad es que ha sido bastante tranquilo.

 El sábado lo dedicamos al carnaval de Notting Hill...que la verdad es que se monta una buena!! Llegamos el domingo por la tarde y aquello estaba muy petado de gente!!y mucho desfase en gran parte del personal...y eso que se supone que el domingo está dedicado a los niños (el lunes es para los adultos). Pero vamos, mucho alcohol, mucha droga y mucho desfase del personal, jeje. Yo la verdad es que tampoco lo vi mucho porque había quedado con un par de conocidos que me iban a dar unos consejos para la búsqueda de empleo... cuando terminé con ellos me fui con el resto de gente que había quedado a tomar algo a uno de los pubs. Bueno, primero me dediqué a ver el futbol, del que mejor no hablo, y luego ya me dediqué a pasarlo un poco mejor, jeje. Estuve viendo un conciertillo de un colega muy animado, estuvo chulo.

 Hoy el día ha sido bastante más tranquilo, aunque eso si, una buena sesión de andar si que nos hemos pegado!Primero hemos ido al museo Wallace Collection, que viene a ser una casa antigua bastante grande con un montón de cuadros y temas relacionados con armas. Después nos hemos ido paseando por Oxford Street hasta Carnaby Street, donde nos hemos tomado un cafelillo para retomar fuerzas. Luego hemos seguido paseando, primero hasta Picadilly y luego hasta Covent Garden...vamos, un buena paseo!

 Mañana volvemos a la rutina diaria...

De puente

Buenas!

  un día sin escribir aunque la verdad es que tampoco hay muchas cosas interesantes que contar. El viernes después de clase volvimos a pasar la tarde completa en el pub con los compis de la academia, esta vez hasta casi las 12 de la noche!buena sesión nos pegamos.

 Hoy sábado ha sido un día bastante tranquilo. La mañana la pasé en casa echando curriculums y demás y ya a media tarde me salí de ruta. Esta vez tocó ir a una zona nueva, un Faro que hay en la zona de Canary Wharf...pero la verdad es que no hemos visto gran cosa. Primero xq estaba ya cerrado y segundo xq tampoco hay mucho más que ver. Hay un bar de estos típico americano de carretera que hay juntos a los moteles y el edificio del faro...pero poco más. Luego nos hemos ido a la zona de Old Street donde pensábamos habernos quedado pero al final nos fuimos hasta Liverpool Street buscando un sitio para cenar algo,jeje. Después de cenar nos tomamos una pinta en el Water Poet, uno de nuestros sitios preferidos de la zona...y luego ya para casa.

 Y para mañana a ver que hacemos... Será un domingo un poco distinto xq el lunes es fiesta y no hay cole...a ver que se nos ocurre. El lunes probablemente lo dejemos para un carnaval que hay en Notting Hill.

Le Tour de London

Hello!

 it´s a little bit later to write in English but I had to do it to improve my English writing, haha.

 Today we did a new activitie!cycling!!At the beginning we had thought to do another thing, but at the end the plan changed. After the school we went to Hyde Park to have lunch...and today to drink a beer too... Then, we decided to take a bicycle and discover a new experience... cycling in London... but only in Hyde Park and a little bit around the park, not outside because It would had be more dangerous...maybe next time. The way is too easy because you can find the bicycles in a lot of places of London and you can take it in a place and to get out it in another place. You pay one pound to rent the bike for a day and the most important thing is that you have to drop the bicycle before 30 minutes if you don´t want to pay more. But it isn´t a problem because after ten minutes you can take another one.

After the cycling it was the turn of the football match... Barça-Real Madrid again!!It wasn´t a good match for us...and I think that the score it wasn´t very bad after seeing the play of both teams. Luckily for us there will be second match in Madrid...or maybe not, because these guys of Barça like to fuck our life!!hahaha

Futbol en Hyde Park

Buenas!

 hoy la verdad es que no tengo nada especial que contar...después de clase fuimos a jugar a Hyde Park como siempre. Seguimos siendo bastante gente para jugar y volvimos a tener que hacer 4 equipos. Lo mejor es que el nivel de la gente es bastante aceptable y resulta entretenido jugar. Después ya me vine para casita donde antes de cenar y echar los correspondientes CV´s tocó hacer varias tareas domésticas.

Cinema

hoy se me ha hecho un poco tarde y la verdad es que ya no es plan de escribir mucho...

Lo único destacable del día fue que fui por primera vez al cine en Londres! Hay un cine en Notting Hill que los lunes tiene día del estudiante y allá que fuimos a intentar ver una peli...digo intentar por lo de entender,jeje. La peli que vimos es la de "The Bourne Legacy", que la verdad está muy entretenida, aunque tampoco es que entendieramos mucho, solo frases y palabras sueltas, jeje. Pero bueno, mereció la pena xq también el cine era muy chulo. No es de los tipicos cines nuevos, sino de los antiguos y con encanto. Seguro que repetiremos.

Richmond

Hello!

 great day we have had in Richmond!This place is a small village located in south west London very beautiful and with big charm. It´s a little big far but if you take the train you can arrive few minutes. I think it´s like the typical english town and only with a walk through the village you can feel the charm of the village. But the most beautiful part of the village is the riverside. There are beautiful buildings and the walk is really nice. Also there are a lot of people doing picnic and enjoying the atmosphere. The worst thing of the day was the hot!!It was a really really hot day!!Horrible!But not only outside...in the underground and in the bus it was the same!It´s like a boiler.

After Richmond we decided to go to Picadilly to watch the Real Madrid football match. At the beggining we tried to watch it in two pubs, but in the end we had to go to other...The same pub where I saw my first match in London. The only problem it was that we couldn´t see the first thirty minutes because the tv channel conected a little bit late. And I couldn´t see the Real Madrid goal... The rest of the match it´s better not to speak...bad beginning of the season, but we will improve!

Porcherster y BBQ

Buenas!!

 menudo sábado veraniego que nos hemos pasado hoy!!ha sido el días más caluroso que he pasado desde que estoy en London!!a primera hora de la tarde debía haber casi 30º...hoy si que hemos pasado calor de verdad!!sobre todo mientras hacía la barbacoa. Porque efectivamente hoy hemos estado de barbacoa en un parque muy apañado que hay al lado de Broadway Market. Chuletillas de cordero, hamburguesas de ternera, chalchichas y choricillos!!y lo más gracioso de todo es que yo he sido el cocinero jefe!!os lo prometo!adjunto foto para que comprobeis...y os aseguro que no me he puesto al lado de la barbacoa solo para la foto, eh!!jeje. Ha estado muy divertido...y no os imaginais cómo estaba el parque de gente!a reventar!y la mayoría en el mismo plan: barbacoa o picnic. Y más animar más la tarde hemos tenido la musica justo a lado nuestro. Una pareja perroflautica llegó con una especide de carrito musical y ha estado toda la tarde con la música puesta. Y gran parte del tiempo con la peña bailando junto al grupo de música en plan rave!jejeje, era para verlo. Después de la barbacoa nos hemos ido al bar Platform a tomarnos la última. Se estaba de maravilla en la terraz del bar.



Por lo que respecta al viernes, pues tampoco estuvo mal. Después de clase estuvimos un par de horas en el parque comiendo y tomando unas cervezas. De vez en cuando, principalmente cuando hace buen tiempo, alguno de los profesores decide dar la clase en el parque, y ayer viernes era perfecto para ello. Mi grupo dio la clase en la academia, pero luego nos fuimos al parque a acompañar al resto. Después del parque nos fuimos al pub de los viernes a echar el resto de la tarde...y de la noche, porque esta vez terminamos casi a las 12. Como siempre tuvimos buena compañia y buena charla.

Y nada mas por hoy...solo recordaros que mañana vuelve la liga, por lo que habrá que estar atentos a lo que haga el actual campeón!!Hala Madrid!!!

Paddington and Regent´s Park

Hello!!

 today It was a very interesting day with two new places!

 Firstly, and after having lunch in Hyde Park, we went to Paddington. I wanted to go because I was there in my first trip to London and I would want to go again and remember the place. It isn´t a very very beautiful place but it´s nice, it worths going. We saw Pub Victoria, where I had been in this first trip... It was nice to remember it.


 After Paddington we decided to go to Regent´s Park...and it was a fantastic decision because it is one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen. It isn´t the tipycal English Park, it´s more similar to the parks of the 18th century in France...like the tipycal park of Versalles. It´s very very big, with big gardens with beautiful flowers, enormous green areas to play football, rugby or cricket, long interior streets, a lot of trees, very beautiful waterfalls... it is really really wonderful!! You can walk, run, do a picnic, ... We have to come back another time!

Shepherd's Bush

Buenas,

 hoy tengo poco que contar, solo que he visitado un nuevo sitio en Londres....aunque no se puede decir que haya sido visita cultural. Hemos estado en Shepherd's Bush, que viene a ser otro mega centro comercial, un estilo al de Stratford. Enorme, chulo y con muchas tiendas, incluidas Dior, Prada y similares.

 Del resto destacar que he tenido que ir al Centro de Salud a hacerme un pequeño reconocimiento médico para que me puedan asignar un médico de cabecera.

 today it was a normal day. Firstly school and secondly football match in Hyde Park. Today with a lot of people again...but it was more funny than last week. After the match we were sitting on the grass speaking a little bit.

And finally, I had to make homeworks!I had to do the washing up...twice!haha

Poquito que contar

 hoy ya es un poquito tarde para ponerse a escribir muchos detalles del día, asi es que os conteré que, además de las sesión diaria de clase, seguimos el turimos con los invitados. Esta tarde tocó Hyde Park y Holland Park...como veis fue un día muy verde,jeje. Los invitados ya se fueron esta noche, asi es que mañana volverá ya la rutina habitual.

tourism and tourism

Hello!!

 this weekend has been dedicated to do tourism!It´s the most important thing when you have a visitor in London. But, although we visited the important place of London, it wasn´t the typical visit because my friends have already been in London.

 On Saturday we visited Broadway Market, Borough Market, Tate Modern (only for the views of the top floor), London Bridge, Tower of London, Camden, Picadilly in the night and finishing with a walk along Regent Street. One of the most important things was that it was a sunny day, although it was a little bit windy.


 Today it was a little bit more sports day. We started seeing the men marathon. We chose the same place where I was during the women marathon last Sunday...and It was a good choice because we could see it very well. After that we went to Buckingham (it´s the first time I visit Buckingham since I came to London...but this is because I had visit it the others time I was here). After Buckingham we decided to go to Trafalgar or Picadilly to watch the basketball match between Spain and USA of the Olympics. Finally we watched in Sport Bar...very good place to watch any sports because there are a lot of television. The only bad thing is that there usually are a lot of people...especially today. There were a lot of french people watching handball match...and casually they supported USA basketball team when handball match finished...I think they are a little bit envious. It was a great match!But we couldn´t win because USA is very very good team (certainly, I show you a picture with two good friends I met on saturday night in Picadilly. I asked them for a ticket...but it was impossible to get one, haha). After the match, firstly we went to Camden Town and secondly to Brick Lane, where we sat in a pub to drink a beer. The most important it was that a spanish guy made me a interview for a spanish newspaper of London!haha. He was making a report about the spanish people in Brick Lane. He told me that the report will be uploaded on internet in september...I will advise you, haha.

And anymore today. Tomorrow I will go to the school again and we will continue with tourism because it´s my friends´ last day in London.

Boat Party!!

 menuda fiesta guapa que tuvimos ayer!Era una evento que había organizado la academia y que consistía en una fiesta en un barco en el Támesis. El barco salía de la zona de Big Ben e iba recorriendo el rio. Las vistas eran una pasada, primero de día y luego de noche: Big Ben, Catedral de Sant Paul, O2, London Bridge, London Eye, Tate Modern!!muy muy chulo y muy glamuroso!! Lo único malo es que el barco se movía bastante de vez en cuando y había que tener cuidado con no perder la verticalidad...y tampoco la cerveza,jeje. Fueron 4 horas y se pasaron super rápido...por eso luego nos fuimos a un club que había cerca para terminar la fiesta,jeje.

Hoy tampoco ha estado mal el día. Por la mañana he recibido la visita de Blasco y Antonio, unos amiguetes muy majetes y antiguos compis de empresa. Hemos estado tomando el sol en Hyde Park, hemos visto un rato de la prueba de los 10km de natación de los JJOO, hemos paseado y comido por Oxford Street y hemos terminado tomando unas pintas y viendo el basket en Carnaby Street!

Ahora ya estoy en casita descansando xq en dos horas llegan mis primeros huespedes a London!los señores de Bonilla y Bonilla!

Roof Garden

Hello!!!
 the most remarkable of today, additionally the medals that we continue winning in the Olympics, is that we have met a new place, the Roof Garden. It is a garden which there is on the 6th floor of a building in High Street Kensington. It´s very beautiful and also it has nice views of London, above all if you go upstairs to the next floor, where there is a restaurant with terrace.

 After Roof Garden we have gone around Chelsea, where truth is you'll quickly go...or not, because it sees beautiful houses and expensive cars, and maybe you get depressed, haha. We have been drinking a beer in the terrace of a pub where after one hour there were a lot of poss people.

Triathlon

Hello!!

 It seems that Spain begins to take the taste to the Olympics!!Three medals today and other more which will be gold or silver!And the best of all is that I was living one of them, exactly the triathlon silver medal. This morning I woke up a little bit earlier than yesterday to go to Hyde Park and to enjoy the Triathlon race. And fortunately I had a good place to see the race and Spain won a medal.
Where I arrived to Hyde Park there were a lot of people and I thought that I couldn´t see the race...but after a little walk I could see a good place to stay. It was a place where I could see the swimming race (a little bit far), the cycling race (only during twenty meters) and the most important race, the running race. I saw a stretch of 40 meters more or less. The only bad thing it was that I wasn´t in the first row, only in the second. I recorded a video so you can see my views. By the way, the person who shouts "Vamoooos, vamos España", it´s me, haha.

The other remarkable thing it was the typical tuesday football match in Hyde Park. Today it was a little bit boring, but I made exercise, although not a lot, haha

Nada que declarar

Buenas!

 pues eso, que hoy tengo poco que declarar... Después de clase y comer el sandwich de rigor nos hemos ido a High Street Kensington a tomar un cafelito en un Starbucks muy chulo, acorde al pijerío de la zona. Y después para casa a la habitual sesión de JJOO.

 Mañana es la prueba de Triatlon en Hyde Park, asi es que me acercaré a verlo y a animar a los españoles!

Gran finde!

Buenas!!

 pues eso, que ha sido un finde bastante entretenido!

 Empezamos el viernes por la tarde con la sesión del pub cercano a la academia. Hacía por lo menos un mes que no iba y la verdad es que fue bastante entretenida la vuelta. Casi no conocía a nadie de la gente que estaba, mucha gente nueva, pero estuvimos bastante entretenidos los 3 o 4 que nos conocíamos incluidos los profes, que estuvieron hasta casi las 11 de la noche con nosotros!

El sábado tampoco estuvo mal xq se puede decir que tuvimos nuestra primera fiesta british. Nos había invitado a cenar nuestro amigo Londinense, al que ayudamos a hacer la presentación en español que tenía que hacer por su trabajo. Quería darnos las gracias x lo bien que le había salido,jeje. Estuvimos cenando con varios amigos mas suyos y luego terminamos en la azotea de su piso, en plena calle Brick Lane y con unas vistas muy chulas de London. Fue divertido estar ahí metidos en el way of life on London,jejeje.

Y por último hoy ha sido mezcla deportiva y cultural. Primero me fui cerca del Big Ben a ver la maratón femenina, que por suerte se ve mucho mejor que el ciclismo. Aquí pasaban 4 veces por cada sitio y se las veía mas depacito pasar,jeje. Os enseño alguna de las fotos que hice.
La verdad es que el principio de la prueba no pintaba bien para mi xq estaba cayendo una buena de agua y yo iba sin paraguas...pero por suerte solo fue la primera vuelta, luego ya salió el solecito y lo pude ver más tranquilo. Además no tuve que estar todo el tiempo en el mismo sitio, entre paso y paso me iba a dar un paseo y luego volvía al mismo sitio sin problemas.
Después de la maratón me fui al Museo Imperial de la Guerra, donde se pueden ver un montón de cosas relacionas con la 1ª y 2ª Guerra Mundial y otras cuantas mas. Está muy chulo y merece la pena verlo, aunque también es verdad que hay bastantes cosas que impresionan un poco, incluida una parte relacionada con el Holocaustro, aunque esa no la visitamos. La mujer de la academia que nos acompañaba es polaca y alguno de sus abuelos estuvieron en los campos de concentración, asi es que supongo que no la haría mucha gracias recordar esas cosas.

Y por último, pero no por eso menos importante, tuve mi primera cena de piso con los compis italianos. Habían quedado los dos para cenar en el patio que tiene uno de ellos fuera de su habitación y me dijeron que si me animaba a cenar con ellos....y la verdad es que ha merecido la pena!Ellos con su pizza y yo con mi filetito, jeje, pero compartiendo unas cervecitas y una excelente tarta de queso que habían comprado. Todo ello acompañado de mi ordenador para ver los JJOO, en concreto la final de los 100 metros!jeje

Pues nada, que os dejo un buen tocho para el leer el lunes por la mañana...o cuando os apetezca,jeje.

Park and Park

Hello!!

 double park session today. The day it wasn´t very hot, but enough to go.

 Firstly we went to Hyde Park to have lunch and to speak during two hours. It was interesting because we were with a muslim classmate. Now he is following Ramadan and we were asking him about the reasons why he do it. This flatmate is british, but her father is from Somalia and he live in Emirates, Turkey and Egipt...a very interesting life, haha. Also we stay with a spanish classmate...but with different mentality. We were speaking about travels and others cultures...and he said that he didn´t need to go abroad, that he had all that he needed near his village, hahaha. The rest of the people we looked very surprised!hahaha. I think to remember that he is from Astorga...


The second park of the day was Holland Park. We were there three months ago but it was amusing go back again.

One day more

Hello!

 today it wasn´t a very special day but a little bit funnier than yesterday. After school, I went to Hyde Park with two classmate, but not to have lunch like the others days, we went to watch the olympics. There is a big enclosure in Hyde Park near Marble Arch with five or six big screens and a lot of bars. Also there are some entertainment attractions and the typical areas for the olympic partners. It´s really funny because there are a lot of people cheering their team and you can watch several sports at the same time.


After Hyde Park, we have gone to the languages exchange meeting. Today it was different because the pub of the meeting has changed. Now the meeting is in a very known pub of Leicester Square, the Zoo bar. It´s a very good pub because there is happy hour from 5pm to 9pm, so it´s perfect...but the problem is that the meeting is in the basement and today there were a lot of people and a lot of spanish people. Other important thing is that it smelled a little bit bad!! After fourty five minutes we have gone home.
